All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship wines into any state outside of California. Each state has its own rules about alcoholic beverages. You may want to check with the appropriate agency in your state or country. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine to an address specified by you, provided that in our sole discretion we believe that such shipment will not subject us to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine may violate the law, we will contact the buyer to discuss shipping options, which options may include provision of an alternative shipping address in a state where the direct shipment of wines to consumers is permitted or storage of the wines at an acceptable third-party storage facility. If, between the date of order and date of arrival, the laws of your state change so as to make it illegal for you to import your shipment, you can return the order for a full refund. Due to federal and state regulations, all wine shipments must be received by an adult 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old. We recommend that you ship to a business address. Federal regulations also make it illegal to ship wine to post office boxes. Also, we cannot schedule shipments for a specific time during the day.
Returned orders are any order that has been delivered and then returned or declined by the Buyer. All wines sold are maintained at optimum conditions. We consider wine to be out of our control once it has been handed over to the carrier and we cannot be responsible for improper storage after it has been delivered. Therefore, once your wine order has been picked up by the common carrier for delivery, the wine becomes your responsibility. We are not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged be extreme weather conditions during shipment. We also cannot accept returns for the following: wines that do not coincide with personal tastes, wines that have been adversely affected by customer storage, and wines that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the wines are in your care.
If wine is shipped back, we will refund you for the cost of the wines less shipping and handling once it is received. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
Cancelled orders are orders that have been placed by the Buyer that have not yet been delivered. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed at the time of the issuance of a credit

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Wine Interest, LLC is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
